The present invention is directed to agricultural foaming formulations containing an emulsifiable foaming concentrate comprising an organic phase comprising an agriculturally active ingredient bifenthrin and at least one liquid amide or at least one liquid amide and one liquid hydrocarbon, and a second phase comprising at least one foaming agent selected from a alkyl-, alkylaryl- and arylsulfates, olefin sulfonates; alkanolamides; alkylamides, polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ethers; polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters; or mixtures thereof for application in a furrow in the form of a foam.
