The present invention is related to the field of spectrometry and can be used in medicine for determining a macro-microelement balance in a human organism and for diagnostics of diseases. The required technical result consists in improvement of accuracy and sensitivity of the system by broadening its functional capabilities so as to provide a possibility to build a mineralogram of the organism on the basis of measurement results and to determine the chemical elements the content of which is beyond the permissible range in an explicit or implicit form for further using the information thus obtained for diagnostics of diseases. Summary of the invention: the system comprises an input device, a data processing unit, a first and a second computer, an ion source, a detector, a data processing unit, an evacuation device, a mass analyzer, a centering and normalizing unit for individual elements, a reference interval parameters setting unit for individual elements, a deciphering unit for individual elements, a computing and comparison unit for computing and comparing distances to upper and lower boundaries, a unit for forming content ratios for elements in a pair, a reference interval parameters setting unit for pair ratios, a centering and normalizing unit for pair ratios, a pair ratios deciphering unit, and a unit for detecting implicit deviations with respective connections.
