The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical complex composition comprising amlodipine, losartan and chlortalidone as active ingredients. The pharmaceutical complex composition of the present invention, comprising amlodipine, losartan and chlortalidone as active ingredients, exhibits excellent dissolution characteristics of the active ingredients and has high uniformity of contents and thermal stability. Thus, the complex composition of the present invention can be used as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for cardiovascular diseases, which has excellent quality and thermal stability.
