Two stage gasifier and gasification process with raw material flexibility

The gasification process may include (a) introducing liquid hydrogen feedstock and at least one dry or one suspended feedstock to the bottom of the reactor. At least one kind of dry food or the first kind of suspended feeding material enters through two main feeding openings, while the liquid hydrocarbon feeding material enters through at least two secondary feeding openings;(b) The raw materials are burned in the bottom part of the reactor with the air stream containing oxygen or steam gas to release heat and form products including the thermal synthesis gas; (c) the thermal phase synthesis gas is moved from (b) level to the top of the reactor; (d) The second suspension raw material is introduced into the upper part of the reactor, so the thermal energy of the thermal synthesis gas supports the reaction of the second suspension source through high temperature decomposition and gasification reaction.
