COMPRESSOR WITH MULTIPLE MECHANICAL VAPOR RECOMPRESSION CHAMBERS

Novelty: a positive displacement compressor equipped with multiple mechanical vapor recompression chambers (MVC) practicable for heat pumps of multi-stage water treatment systems is disclosed. Technical features: The invention comes in two basic variants: 1) compressor of oscillatory rotary motion (6,206) where the compression chambers 7 are radially-arranged sections of cylinders having for base homocentric circular sectors at the same angle and pistons made of radially-arranged blades (20,220) of relative cross section, the level of which blades is passing through the common axle 16; 2) compressor of oscillatory rectilinear motion 506 where the compression chambers 52 are in-series arranged cylinders with pistons 50 of relative circular cross section, the level of the blades being vertical to the common axle 51. In both cases, the axle (16,51) and the motor are common to the blades-pistons (20,50) tracing equal paths. The surfaces of the blades (20,50) and the compression chambers (7,52) are different (they suck and discharge fluid in different spaces) , the fluid being in different statutory conditions. The supply and compression ratio CR is independently regulated in each chamber (7,52).
