摘要

The invention relates to a machine destined to dry and dehydrate fruit, vegetables and other foodstuff with the continuous-flow freeze-drying technique which consists in freezing the foodstuff and converting its solid phase to gas phase without passing from the liquid one and that for preserving the shape and the nutritional properties of the products under treatment. Compared to so-far applied freeze-drying technique realized into static precise-capacity chambers, the invention regards to the continuous-production flow, successively using separate chambers for the freezing and drying process as well as auxiliary chambers for the entry, transport and exit of the foodstuff which pass, via moving carriers, from all the stages of the freeze-drying technique what leads to production cost reduction.
