The device (100) has a closure body comprising cladding surfaces (102, 107) that are designed to contact with an outer conductor of a waveguide. A recess (101) e.g. high frequency choke, is arranged at the cladding surfaces. The recess is designed such that it spaces an electrical short circuit in a preset distance from the cladding surfaces. The preset distance is greater than lamda/2, where the lamda is wavelength of an electromagnetic wave. An obtuse angle (105) is formed between the cladding surfaces and the recess. A seal is arranged adjacent to the recess and/or the cladding surfaces. The cladding surface is selected from the group consisting of a conical surface, a cylindrical surface, a rectangular surface and a pyramid surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an antenna arrangement comprising a hollow conductor (2) a method for locking a waveguide.
