The use of the invention is housebuilding. The formwork contain internal (1) and external (2) panels, joined with string bars (3) and fixed by the spacers (4) and (5). On the external panel a matrix (9) with decorative relief is fastened. Inside of the formwork, a heat insulating layer from both sides is fastened on the spacers (4) and (5). Through the heat insulation layer the anchor cramps (8) are fastened.At the internal surface of the external formwork panel a decorative matrix is fastened, then the string bars are pierced through the matrix and the external spacers located. Then the heat insulation is put on the string bars, the internal spacers are located. The internal formwork panel is erected, the reinforcement is fastened at the internal panel. Both panels of the formwork are joined and both hollow parts of the formwork simultaneously are filled with concrete mix, it is hardened and then the formwork is dismounted.
