Application of ionic liquid from thiophenazolyl in medical field

The invention relates to a method for synthesizing a novel ionic liquid with anti-cancer cell proliferation activity and a therapeutic application as an anti-cancer agent. A series of new organic ionic liquids were prepared. Thiophenazol was used as the dissociation precursor. Thiophenazol was alkylated in the presence of alkyl reagent with aliphatic chain length from C8 to C18, and then quaternized with iodomethane,In the presence of different anions, the products of the reaction were decomposed. The obtained molecules were evaluated for their anti-proliferation activity in vitro.
