The present disclosure is related to a group of alkamides with important analgesic activity and its use in the treatment of neuropathic and dental pain. Emphasizing their simple and economical synthesis methods. In the present invention, the following is demonstrated: its analgesic activity, its action mechanism through the signaling pathways of TRPV1, GABA and cannabinoids, as well as its innocuousness. Highlighting the results obtained, which demonstrate the nonexistence of pungency and irritability, the nonexistence of acute and subchronic toxicity and the nonexistence of genotoxicity. As well as its inability to cause seizures, an adverse effect of other analogous alkamides, which makes them ideal candidates for pharmaceutical formulations focused on providing a local effect or a systemic effect, without the use of needles for its application. Through this patent application, the following is claimed: the chemical structures, the synthesis methods, the identification method, the analgesic activity, the innocuousness, the action mechanisms and the pharmaceutical formulations.
