The present disclosure is related to a portable integral laboratory of the briefcase-type, to perform molecular diagnosis by detecting nucleic acids in a simple, efficient and inexpensive way. More particularly, the present invention is directed to a portable molecular diagnostic system by isothermal PCR in situ, composed of elements that allow processing biological samples. Including cell lysis processes, as well as elements necessary to carry out isothermal amplification of genetic material using pre-packaged cards with specific reagents to perform the reaction. The briefcase is also provided with an efficient system for the visualization of the results either by the presence of turbidity or by the fluorescence emission.
