PROCESS FOR OBTAINING AN ASPERSION COMPOSITE OF AUTOLOGOUS AND/OR ALLOGENIC CHONDROCYTES AND MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS AND ITS APPLICATION FOR CARTILAGE TISSUE REGENERATION.
The present disclosure is related to a process for obtaining a cell-spraying compound and its respective application method to generate a therapeutic treatment of cartilaginous lesions, from the implantation by sprinkling and/or spraying of mesenchymal stem cells and pre-expanded in vitro human chondrocytes and resuspended in a regenerative cell implantation solution of biocompatible biomaterials. Consisting mainly of blood plasma rich in growth factors obtained from the patient under treatment and sometimes due to type I collagen and hyaluronic acid, both medical grade, which potentiates the regeneration, re-epithelization and reconstruction of skin tissue. The obtaining process of a cell spraying compound from human mesenchymal stem cells and chondrocytes consists of the following stages: separation and disaggregation of adipose tissue, peripheral blood, amniotic fluid, bone marrow to obtain mesenchymal stem cells and chondrocytes from cartilage, proliferation of chondrocytes and mesenchymal stem cells to obtain large numbers of cells in suspension, preparation of the reaction crosslinking agent solution of the cell spraying solution, and preparation of the cell spraying solution and its application method by sprinkling and/or spraying; said cells by administering medical grade compressed air, for the creation of fine gelled drops on the lesion. The process is focused to treat cartilage reconstruction.
