The present invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a flexible film based on recycled rubber-polyvinylchloride (PVC) formed by the surface modification of the recycled rubber particle with a molecule and/or polymers with amino functional groups. Also, it involves cross-linking and/or agglutinated with PVC and thermoforming of the flexible film, with porosity and elasticity characteristics, for application on sports, industrial and decorative surfaces.
