The present disclosure is related to a device containing a system mounted on a Photocatalytic Rotary Disc Reactor, which substantially facilitates the monitoring of photoreaction through rheological monitoring, tool known as rheocinetic (=rheology+kinetic). This improves and speeds up the physical-dynamic monitoring of the chemical degradation process of the phenolic compounds present in contaminating by-products and consequently unwanted, from industrial processes, such as wastewater or phenols present in the vinasses. In photocatalytic systems of aerobic treatments, is important to have a phenomenological monitoring of the degradation of phenolic compounds. In a rotary disk photoreactor, monitoring of phenol degradation within the semiconductor layers is vital as a function of the rotation speed, for optimal system operation. Therefore, the present invention seeks to solve the problems arising from the need for rheological study within a phenolic removal process, through an innovative configuration, useful and based on key devices in the field of study of this subject.
