A valve is disclosed with an on-off mechanism for a bag used for conditioning, reconstituting and/or diluting injectable products, wherein the valve (3) is incorporated into the single inlet port (2) of a bag (1), and the valve (3) is equipped with an on-off mechanism that allows a syringe (S) or a transfusion device (EI), both of which are equipped with a luer lock connection, to be directly coupled to the valve. The valve (3) comprises five main components, i.e. the conical base (4), the movable conical part (7), a sealing ring (13) of the O-ring type, having a smaller diameter, a sealing ring (12) of the O-ring type, having a greater diameter, and the cover (10), which protects the threaded connector (9) having the luer lock design (8). The valve (3) eliminates the need to use metal needles or plastic spikes, and allows convenient use of the bag (1).
