A method is described that uses a package to transport pupae of Encarsia formosa and Amitus fuscipennis from their breeding site to a crop that requires Encarsia formosa and Amitus fuscipennis for biological control of whitefiy. The invention also describes the method for rearing, collecting and packaging the pupae of Encarsia formosa and Amitus fuscipennis, as well as a method for controlling the presence of whitefiy in greenhouse tomato crops, which consists in distributing one or more of the packages of the invention through the crop.
