The invention relates to a method for producing a crude mixture for the production of clinker consisting of calcium hydroxide, argillaceous components and ferrous components, that is sulphur-free and has a potassium oxide content based on potassium components of between 5% and 14%, corroborated by perception of the X-ray diffraction and fluorescence analysis. The use of the crude mixture according to the present invention enables the production of clinker that, when ground with additions of potassium feldspar and supplementary cement materials, produces a Portland-type cement resistant to a direct chemical acid attack. Any material can be used for the production thereof, as long as the potassium oxide content based on components such as potassium feldspar is between 5% and 14%, determined by the perception of the X-ray diffraction and fluorescence analysis. The invention also relates to a Portland-type cement that, in turn, produces a concrete made from aggregates resistant to a direc t chemical acid attack, enabling the corrosive effects of the direct chemical acid attack to be tolerated.
