摘要

The present invention refers to a novel method for producing a Fenton-type catalyst of iron oxide (FexOy) nanoparticles supported in materials with different type of porosity (activated carbon, commercial zeolite (ZSM5), B-alumina and titanium). The synthesis method of the catalyst of supported iron oxide nanoparticles (Fenton-type nanocatalyst) comprises three steps: incipient impregnation, particle dispersion and calcination or thermal treatment. The incipient impregnation is performed with a solution of ferric nitrate and isopropyl alcohol (1-4.8% m/m Fe), which acts as a solvent and chelating agent for promoting the particle dispersion. Ultrasound is subsequently applied for 10-60 min (preferably 30 min) for increasing the dispersion. Finally, a thermal treatment is performed in a range of from about 82°C to about 232°C for 27-213 min. by continuously supplying an inert gas.
