The present invention consists in a system of aluminium profiles which are the structural part of a refrigerated or dry frame, where the profiles allow a vinyl canvas to be tensed by means of a sliding hooking system. The frame may carry or not the canvas, in case the canvas is carried the frame must allow the canvas to be tensed and easily and quickly mounted and dismounted. The elements of the structure, which are assembled therebetween are the following: corner, edge, hooking, canvas, bumper, plastic recess and edge diverter frame.
