The present invention relates to a spray nozzle for high pressure atomization or spraying of a concentrate to be spray-dried, a drying installation provided with it, and a method therefor. The spray nozzle according to the invention comprises: - a housing provided with an inlet adapted to be fitted in a drying installation and provided with a recess; and - an insert insertable in the recess of the housing with an outlet provided with a sprayer with at least one spray outlet; wherein the insert with a clamp fit is replaceable in the recess of the housing.
