It is a cholesterol-free FXR mixture containing (a) 2-[3-[(5-cyclop-3-[2-(trifluorooctane sulfonic acid) phenyl]-1,2-oxazol-4-il]-methy-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1] octan-8-il]-4-fluoro-1,3-benzol-6-carboxil at a dose of 3 micrograms/100 micrograms. (b) One or more additional therapeutic agents, such as CCR2/5 inhibitors, such as ashtrays, in the dosage range of 50 mg to 250 mg. This combination is useful in the treatment or prevention of chronic liver diseases.
