The low-voltage DC busbar ground insulation resistance measurement device comprises a measurement branch circuit change-over switch, a measurement arithmetic unit, an alarming and parameter adjustment unit, an initial resistor, a first resistor, a second resistor and a third resistor, wherein the initial resistor and the first resistor are both connected with the measurement branch circuit change-over switch in series; the initial resistor, the first resistor, the second resistor and the third resistor are all connected with the measurement arithmetic unit; the measurement arithmetic unit is connected with the alarming and parameter adjustment unit; the measurement branch circuit change-over switch is connected with a positive electrode DC busbar and a negative electrode DC busbar. The low-voltage DC busbar ground insulation resistance measurement device provided by the invention guarantees the safety running of a hybrid power vessel DC system, prevents the vessel safety accident caused by the DC system insulation fault, is simple and feasible, not only can be realized through an analog circuit, but also can be realized by an intelligentized digital circuit of a CPU (central processing unit).
