The solution concerns the computer system (1),containing a computing unit designed to connect to a database (4) with personal data that holds multiple records. The computing unit collects from the database (4) output records that match the input request,containing at least the name and address to be searched,on the basis of a combined assessment of the similarity of names between the relevant person name and the name to be searched and the geographical proximity between the relevant address and address to be searched. The solution also concerns the computer way to collect output records,matching the entry request,from a database (4) with personal data storing multiple records. The collection is based on a combined assessment of the similarity of names between the relevant person's name and the name to be searched and the geographical proximity between the relevant address and address to the islands search.
