The notified appliance is a device for the combustion of combustible exhaust components in a chimney or small boiler,which contains at least one accelerant (1),made of a heater,favourable in shield (2) and measurement panel. The heater shall take the form of an electric heating coil or chain or a long heating rod or electric coil connected to the filament cells (3). Additionally, the Doppler (1) has gabaritas selected for the operated installation,guaranteeing the time of contact of the exhaust gas with the chimney lighter (5),in the range of 0,5 to 3,33 sec. The notification also covers the combustion of combustion constituents in domestic furnaces and small boilers,especially seeds,carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons,covering the second stage of combustion. The way is characterized by this,that the polluted exhaust is ignited in the chimney pipe (5) by contact with the blower (1),containing a heat heater to a temperature,sufficient to burn combustible exhaust components,and the combustion process is carried out at temperatures from 700c to 900'c,in the case of a carburetor (1) providing the time of contact of the exhaust with the carburetor from 0,5 to 3,33 seconds.
