Method of production of a coating system to protect the slip node consisting of a galvanised steel element and anodized aluminium element, namely: the first coating,intended to cover a zinc -plated steel component containing reaction products of the following components: from 94 to 98 parts of epoxy -vinyl ester resin of a thickness not exceeding 200 mPas in temperature 23oC, from 1 to 3 parts of polyethylene glycol a medium molecular weight ylene, ranging from 250 to 500, from 1 to 3 parts of the organic peroxide solution, in which the weight of the solvent to the active substance is from 2:1 to 3:1, is prepared in such a way that, in a mixer with an anchor mixture, the is epoxy -vinyl ester resin,then the mixture is started at speed from 50 to 150 revolutions per minute,the organic peroxide solution is added and mixed for at least two minutes, after which polyethylene glycol is added without interruption and the mixture continues to be mixed for a period of two to ten minutes, then the mixture is injected or immersed in the eye tempered steel element heated to a temperature from 40 to 50oC and left for re -treatment in the typical process; the second coating,intended to cover an anodized aluminium component consisting of: from 95 to 99,1 a proportion of the mass of carboxylic acids having a chain length C16 -C18 with a coagulation temperature not exceeding 10,C and a maximum of 20 cSt, from 0,6 to 2,5 weight h aqueous solution of a mixture of polysaccharides by weight of 1:1 to 4:1 and of a thickness not exceeding 170 mPas at temperature 20,C, from 0,1 to 0,5 parts of the heavy ethoxylated alcohols having carbon chain length C12 -C14 and density below 0,97 g /cm3, from 0,2 d of two parts of the heavy esters of myristic acid, thus prepared,that a mixture of ethoxylated alcohols, esters of myristic acid, aqueous solution of a mixture of polysaccharides is placed in order at the speed of rotation from 30 to 50 revolutions per minute and then the mixture is increased to at least 200 rotate per minute and continue mixing for at least five minutes, then reduce the rotation of the mixer so that the speed of mixing is not greater than fifty revolutions per minute and add a mixture of carboxylic acids in two equal portions at least twice the interval of two uminites ththen the rotational speed of the mixture is increased again so that it is not less than 350 revolutions per minute and is mixed for at least ten minutes, then the resulting dispersion is applied by immersion method at temperature from 25 to 40oC over time from 10 to 40 minutes per anode any aluminium element, followed by a sealing process under typical conditions after at least four hours.
