The modified titanium carbonate obtained is heat treated and then the slagTitanium lithium with a solution of an organo -metallic compound is heated at 20 -200c temperature within 0,5 -24 hours and the solvent is removed after the reaction. The residue of the solvent in the vacuum is removed from the sludge and exposed to air or oxygen and the material thus obtained is heat -treated in a dryer or oven.
