The purpose of the notification is to provide chiral based bicyclic names based on trans -1,2 -diaminocyclohexane with a general formula 1, in which R stands for groups: mesethyl, 4 -nitrylphenyl,4 -ethoxyphenyl, ethylphenyl, indole, thiophene used in medicine, especially in cancer therapy.The notification also reveals how to produce chiral based bicyclic names based on trans -1,2 -diamine cyclohexane of general formula 1.This method is characterised by the fact that (1R,2R)-1,2 -diaminocyclohexane or (1S,2S)-1,2 -diaminocyclohexane is reacted with selected ketoesters of general formula 2,where R stands for mesethyl, 4CN -C6H5, 4 -OEt -C6H5,CH2CH2C6H5, indole, thiophene, at temperature 293 K, during 24 h.
