The invention relates to a system with cold plasma at atmospherical pressure for treating natural and synthetic polymer carriers, for biological decontamination-sterilization or functionalization of the carrier surface. According to the invention, the system consists of a plasma reactor (A) at atmospheric pressure with controlled atmosphere, provided with some conductor electrodes (14 and 15) which are wound on a plate (12) made of PVC forming a comb-like winding which performs the cold plasma discharge at atmospheric pressure when connected to a high voltage generator (B).
