The invention relates to an aircraft with flexible-inflatable cover, propelled by Coanda effect, to be used in civil and military applications. According to the invention, the aircraft consists of an underframe (1) provided with insulating and/or protective panels (2) and reinforced with resistance profiles (3), as well as with some tanks (5), some storage spaces (6) and some technical spaces (7), in the underframe (1) there being a control cabin (14), and on either side thereof, two or more propulsion systems (17) being placed centrally and symmetrically, on the circumference/exterior of the underframe (1) there being multiple inflatable chambers (25) tightly arranged and capable of being pressurized/vacuumed and provided, in their turn, with some semi-rigid ribs (26), some intake/discharge valves (27), some pressure sensors (28) and multiple position/shape sensors (29), all being covered with an exterior elastic resistant cover (30), some sets of flow/orientation throttles (32) and some separation/detachment shutters (33) being radially placed, for control purposes, and, on the extreme circumference of the chambers (25), there being a stabilizing ring (35) attached by some spacers (34), the ring (35) incorporating some profiling and steering shutters (36), with role of air flow separation and orientation.
