According to the invention, the composition comprises 18.8% hemp oil, 53.58% sunflower oil, 21.62% flaxseed oil, 6% edible beeswax, 0.4% dry basil and thyme essential oil as spices, having a nutritionally optimized ω 3 : ω 6 ratio.
