摘要
The invention relates to an intramedullary medical device for treating diaphysary tibial fractures which eliminates the use of orthopaedic screws. According to the invention, the device consists of a case consisting of three "shell"-like elements (3) having some internal gaps (4) for placing some actuation mechanisms therein, two of the three elements (3) having each a longitudinal hole (5) for centering and guiding, some internal mechanisms consisting of some bevel pinions (10, 12 and 13), a universal coupling comprising three elements (6, 7 and 8), some penetrating screws (16 and 18) and an actuation wrench (2), for the cross-movement of the penetrating screws (16 and 18), achieving the bone penetration from the medullary canal, the rotation movement received from the groups of pinions (10, 12 and 13) being converted into translation movement by some "screw-nut" mechanisms, by using the exterior threads on the penetrating screws (16 and 18) and the interior threads on the "shell"-like elements (3).
