Method for production of thin-walled, self-supported stone rosettes (2), i.e, any other flat thin-walled self-supported stone structure obtained by cutting out of stone slabs, shall allow that they remain self-supported even in horizontal position and eventually carry a calculated useful load with point supports (1) or with linear peripheral supports. The method of production implies the formation of a groove (5) in the stone slab, pouring of a glue in the groove, immersion, in that groove filled with the glue the previously calculated steel flat bar (6), which extends along the axis of the elements of the future thin-walled structure (2), a rosette, and subsequent cutting of the desired stone structure out from the prepared stone slab. The cutting lines (2a) (2b) are just a few millimeters away from the left and right sides of the steel bar supporting structure (6).
