A transmission network (14) for communicating information at directional radio frequencies to fixed, ambulatory or mobile recievers. The first and second transmitters transmit at any one of a first, second, third or fourth frequency, the first, second, third and fourth frequencies being generated by LHCP and RHCP polarisation of a first frequency and a second frequency.
