MOBILE STENO CHARACTER TRANSLATOR

摘要

Shorthand is one of the most valuable subjects that student will ever learn in college.it make writing a lot faster than using long hand writing. Students and professionals in all kind of occupations find their job a lot easier if they know how to write in shorthand. Shorthand was use to record English language at the rate of speaking. Thus/ having a tools or mobile application will help to enhance the learning of shorthand. This utility model aims on translating capture image of written Steno character into English Language using image processing. Grayscaling/ Binarization and Thresholding was use in the process.
