The present utility model relates to the process of producing coffee from organic black rice coffee granules combining black rice (Oryza sativa I.) ginger(Zingiber officinale), turmeric (Curcuma longa), and malunggay (Moringa oleifera). The process comprising the following steps: (a.) washing ginger, turmeric and malunggay; (b.) extracting juice from ginger and turmeric; (c.) cooking extracted juice with predetermined amount of sugar until granules are formed, set aside; (d.) air drying of washed malunggay leaves; (e.) roasting of malunggay leaves and black rice, separately; (f.) grinding together roasted malunggay leaves, black rice and the granules from step c; and (g.) packaging of ground product.
