pairs of primers, their use for gene detection and carbapenemases carbapenemases producing bacterial strains, and a diagnostic method using said primer set are proposed. the use of a group of probes within each amplification reaction, more preferably multiplex PCR for selective detection and identification of genes carbapenemases from a biological sample is further proposed preferably. Primers object of this invention can be used for the preparation of a kit for identification and detection of genes carbapenemases, preferably carbapenemases genes contained in bacterial strains producing said enzyme.
