A ChAd3 serotype recombinant chimpanzee adenovirus vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding an Ebola virus glycoprotein, or an immunogenic composition thereof that optionally includes an adjuvant, for use in an induction method of an immune response against an antigen of Ebola virus glycoprotein in a subject.
