摘要

A complexometirc method for forming a lithium metal oxide on a bubble surface comprising: forming a first solution comprising a lithium ion and a counterion wherein said counterion is selected from the group consisting of carbonate and hydroxide; introducing a gas into said first solution to form bubbles in said first solution; forming a second solution comprising a soluble salt of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Mn, Co and Ni; mixing said first solution and said second solution to form a lithium salt and a layered nanostructure precursor comprising at least one of manganese carbonate, cobalt carbonate and nickel carbonate; drying said layered nanostructure precursor to form a dry layered nanostructure precursor; and calcining said dry layered nanostructure precursor to form said lithium metal oxide as a layered nanostructure.
