A full-automatic microorganism detecting enrichment system and theenrichment method thereof are provided. A transmission apparatus is controlledby a industrial control computer to transmit a to-be-detected sample placed onapreset operating position, a culture medium comprising culture, a pipelinefilterspecially for collecting bacteria and a filter head sequentially into asterilizationcabin, an middle package removing cabin, an inner package removing cabin, anenrichment operating cabin, a buffer cabin and a positive bacteria fillingcabinto perform corresponding operations and enrich the microorganism in theto-be-detected samples. Said system can achieve a fully automated enrichmentof the microorganism in the to-be-detected samples, needs no manualoperation, and saves time and labor force. Further, it can avoid falsepositive orfalse negative result caused by an effect of human factor, and achieve sterileand automatic operation with an accurate detection result.
