My invention will provide you with a safer option andreduce thechance of injury. This invention is mainly directed to the needs of seniorsbut alsobeneficial for the whole family. Institutions and seniors homes would alsohave a needfor this product.My invention provides additional safety and security while a person is;1. taking a shower2. entering or exiting a shower or bathThe primary benefit of my invention would be to provide support if a persontaking ashower slips and falls outward. Presently, if the person slips and fallsoutward, onlythe shower curtain is there to break their fall. Part of my invention is toinstall a cordlengthwise across the front of the shower stall inside the shower curtain. Thecord wouldhelp the person who has fallen outward as that person would have something tograb onto or fall into. The installation height of the cord would be as thediscretion of the ownerbased on individual height, weight etc.Secondary benefits of my invention are;1. The cord provides a handhold for improved balance and stability whenentering andexiting a shower or bath.2. The cord is there to hold on to while taking a shower. Again, this providesadditionalsecurity of balance and stability. Very important for seniors.3. A senior or person with a disability could hold the core when entering orexiting ashower or bath and the cord would provide a degree of additional security andhelpprevent falls.4. The cord enlarges the shower area by pushing the shower curtain outwardsome 4 to 6inches.5. If a person has difficulty lowering or raising themselves when taking abath, thecord is there for them to grab and assist them in and out of a bath.
