A system for sharing and managing professional availabilities in a pluralityofworkplaces comprises a server computer i) for receiving information on atleastone available work shift time slot from one of a plurality of first useraccounts,ii) for advertising to at least one of a plurality of second user accounts theinformation on the at least one available work shift time slot; iii) forreceivingfrom one of the at least one of a plurality of second user accounts an offerrelative to the at least one available work shift time slot; iv) for sendingto theone of a plurality of first user accounts information that is indicative ofthe offer;v) for stopping said advertising upon receiving from the one of a plurality offirstend user devices a first message indicative that the offer is accepted; andvi)for sending to the one of the at least one of a plurality of second useraccountsa second message indicative that the offer is accepted. The system allowssimultaneously providing some of the information to a plurality of users viatheiraccount. This advantageous aspect is to be considered in light of theprofessional availabilities being shared within a plurality of workplaces.
