A virtual agent can implement a "chatbot" to provide output based onpredictive/prescriptivemodels for incidents. The virtual agent can integrate with natural languageprocessor for textanalysis and summary report generation. The virtual agent can integrate withcognitive searchto enable processing of search requests and retrieval of search results. Thevirtual agent usescomputing processes with self-learning systems that use data mining, patternrecognition andnatural language processing to mimic the way the human brain works. Thevirtual agentprovides an automated IT system that is capable of resolving incidents withoutrequiring humanassistance. The virtual agent can display condensed summaries of a largeamount of data andcan link the summaries to predictive models and operational risk models toidentify risk eventsand provide summaries of those events.
