A camera mount device (10) utilized in an oblique photograph photographed from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The camera mount device (10) comprises: at least one oblique mounting plate (13) used to mount an oblique photographic camera; parallel mounting plates (11, 12) fixedly connected to a base of the UAV; and an oblique angle adjustment component used to connect the oblique mounting plate (13) to the parallel mounting plates (11, 12) to adjust an angle therebetween. The oblique angle adjustment component comprises a first fixed support (15) fixed at the parallel mounting plates (11, 12), a second fixed support (16) fixed at the oblique mounting plate (13) and arranged opposite to the first fixed support (15), a hinged support (18) hinging the oblique mounting plate (13) to the parallel mounting plates (11, 12), and an angle adjustment piece (17) connected between the first fixed support (15) and the second fixed support (16).
