MOULD INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD

A mould management system, which in particular relates to a mould intelligent management system and management method. The system comprises a database, a data collection device and a communication system, wherein the database is connected to the data collection device by means of the communication system; the data collection device is a system terminal node for collecting and transceiving status information about a mould; the database is used for storing feature information about a mould and the parts of the mould and data collected by the data collection device; and the database comprises an industrial computer, a display, an input device, and a management terminal running on the industrial computer. By means of the management system and the management method, the abnormality rate in a production process is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the number of times of usage of a mould is counted, and the remaining number of times of usage of the mould is tracked in real time. When a mould is selected, a mould with the optimal service life is selected, which not only improves the efficiency of usage of the mould, but also ensures the quality of a product, while accumulating the actual service life of the parts of the mould, and serving as a reference for the design of the parts of the mould.
