Provided in the invention are an electric bicycle torque sensing-type motor and an electric bicycle, the electric bicycle torque sensing-type motor comprising a motor shaft, and a motor stator portion and a motor rotor portion fitted over the motor shaft. A first bearing is connected to the motor rotor portion, and a torque sensing device is fitted over the outer periphery of the motor shaft. The torque sensing device comprises a fixed portion, a movable portion, a transition portion, and at least one force sensor mounted between the fixed portion and the movable portion, and configured to sense the relative displacement of the fixed portion and the movable portion. The fixed portion is connected to the motor shaft, the movable portion is connected to the motor rotor portion via the first bearing, and the fixed portion is connected to the movable portion via the transition portion. A load connecting portion is connected to the motor rotor portion, with the load connecting portion being configured to be connected to an external force device or component. By integrating a torque measuring device inside the motor, a torque signal of a pedal can be sensed, thereby improving the riding comfort, and achieving simple outlet and convenient maintenance and replacement.
