A medical image representation-generating system, comprising: a memory (600) and a processor (700), the memory having stored therein computer program instructions, and the processor executing said program instructions when loaded: acquiring a two-dimensional medical image; extracting an image feature of the medical image, and converting said image feature into an image feature vector, then outputting same into a pre-established first vector space; according to correspondence relationships between image feature vectors in the pre-established first vector space and matching semantic feature vectors in a second vector space, determining a semantic vector corresponding to the image feature vector, and outputting same; converting the semantic feature vector matching the image feature vector into corresponding natural language, and outputting same. Also provided are a representation-generating system training method and a representation generation method.
