Provided are a light reflecting film and manufacturing method for same, and a photovoltaic cell component. Periodic changes in the height of the apex of a prism and/or the width of the base of a prism are used to form a multi-faceted structure; adjacent facets presenting a mirror structure allow the whole prism to reflect sunlight in both the morning and the afternoon, thus raising sunlight reflection efficiency throughout an entire working time, and overcoming deficiencies in the prior art. In the prior art, the reflective faces of straight prisms relative to the linear axes of the working faces of photovoltaic cell components are set at a fixed and unchanging angle, thus yielding greater efficiency with respect to sunlight only at a particular time of day. Even though two faces of a granular reflective microstructure such as a prismatic cone may be oriented towards the sunlight and thus face both morning and afternoon sunlight, the empty space between such granules is significant and hinders reflective efficiency; manufacturing such microstructures is difficult, and costs are high, thus deterring industrial applications.
