The invention relates to the field of medicine and medical technology, more specifically to ultrasonic surgery. The method and device being proposed are intended for non-invasive local destruction of biological tissues with the aid of high-intensity focused ultrasound requiring the use of a maximum possible power and, consequently, a maximum permissible intensity on the surface of a focusing ultrasonic radiator, for example a phased array with a high density of filling with elements.
