In the Prussian Blue positive electrode material of the present invention, the neutral ligand L participates in the coordination of the transition metal M, and partially or completely replaces the coordinated water, thereby reducing or even eliminating the content of the coordination water, and thus the water absorption performance of the Prussian Blue positive electrode material is significantly reduced, and in turn the performance of the electrochemical energy storage device can be significantly improved.
