The present application relates to a lossless ring network switch, comprising a switching logic unit and a routing logic assembly. The routing logic assembly comprises a data reorganization unit, an ID learning unit, and a routing decision unit. The ID learning unit learns a source lossless ring network switch ID. The data reorganization unit adds or strips, for a data frame, a routing protocol comprising a destination switch ID, a local switch ID, and a data frame sequence number. The routing decision unit routes an unregistered data frame the destination switch ID of which is not the local switch ID only to the direction of an opposite network link port, routes an unregistered data frame the destination switch ID of which is the local switch ID to the direction of the data reorganization unit of the local lossless ring network switch, and discards a data frame with a frame sequence number registered.
